Our surveyors, Richard Blair and Frances Morton, like to get to know clients in order to understand their needs and expectations prior to carrying out each home survey. We recognise that, for many people, buying a house is something you do only a handful of times, so we don’t expect you to know what you need or what a home survey involves when you contact us. We are here to help and can draw on our extensive experience to guide you towards the most suitable home survey for you and the property you are buying. We especially enjoy working with first time buyers, providing guidance for those who are new to home ownership.
We offer a range of residential survey and valuation services including RICS Level 1 and Level 2 Home Surveys. We are based near Ballymena but cover Greater Belfast, Newtownabbey, Carrickfergus, Ballymena, Ballyclare, Antrim, Larne, Bangor and Lisburn, and there are no additional charges for travel to these areas.
Our surveyors are Members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as well as Registered Valuers. We have been trained to exacting standards to provide you with a professional service, and our experience of over 20,000 properties is brought to each home survey to guide you in one of the most important decisions of your life.
Unlike many surveying firms, we have chosen not to use referral websites or pay commission for referrals as this allows us to interact with clients directly and ensures the full fee goes towards the survey itself. We recognise that a survey can be a significant cost at an already expensive time, and so it is important to us that you feel your survey has been worthwhile and good value for money.
